O R D E R

% 08.07.2019 The present Habeas Corpus writ petition has been filed seeking production and custody of the minor child Ms. Saisha Arora before this Court.

After some arguments, Mr. Uppal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding under 'The Guardians and Wards Act, 1890' for the custody of the minor child, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today.

In the event, such a petition is filed, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the interim application for custody as expeditiously as possible.

The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. However, as an interim measure, it is directed that the petitioner shall meet the minor child, Ms. Shaisha Arora at the Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, for an hour on a daily basis from 5 pm to 6 pm for a period of four weeks commencing tomorrow.
