The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks quashing of FIR No. 48/2023 dated 15th January, 2023 under Sections 420/ 406/ 120-B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar.

It is pointed out that the investigation in the instant case is complete, and final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for closure of the proceedings.
