It informed that the petitioner had already approached the court concerned with an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., however, the same was not looked into in view of the pendency of the present petition. 2.

Considering the nature of the prayer made in the present petition that the petitioner seeks registration of an FIR, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the aforesaid application or file a fresh application, which shall be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.

Needless to state that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and all the contentions, as may be available with the petitioner, shall remain open to be urged before the concerned court.
