Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that on petitioner's furnishing an undertaking by way of an affidavit that the vehicle in question shall not be parked within the National Capital Territory of Delhi and shall remain parked in the petitioner's own private space, the same can be released.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty to comply with the aforesaid submission. 3.

On petitioner's doing so, let the vehicle be released by the respondents. If there is any other requirement in law, let the petitioner to also comply with the same.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
