% 08.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably and, therefore, FIR No.1391/2016 under Section 308 IPC registered at PS New Delhi Railway Station (NDRS), be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in the Court and has been identified by SI Ashok Kumar, PS NDRS.

Respondent no.2 submits that petitioners are his colleagues. It is stated that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent no.2 wherein respondent no.2 sustained injuries. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and prays that the abovementioned FIR be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.1391/2016 under Section 308 IPC registered at PS New Delhi Railway Station (NDRS) which is at investigation stage, is quashed. Dasti.
