The present application has been filed by appellant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking release of Rs.69,45,001/- deposited by appellant in compliance of Order dated 21.07.2022 qua the decretal amount and later released to the respondent vide Order dated 31.05.2023, upon invocation of Bank Guarantee No. 211GOPG251475002 furnished by respondent along with subsequent interest accrued thereon, in the event the present appeal stands allowed vide Judgment dated 20.02.2026. 2.

None appeared on behalf of the respondent.
