By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to provide protection to the petitioner and her husband from respondent No.4.

Today, respondent No.4., who is father of the petitioner, is present in person and placed on record his handwritten statement to the effect that he has no objection with the marriage of her daughter with Manish Sharma and she is free to reside with him and his family members. 3.
In view of the above assurance given by the father of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
