quash the Impugned Notice bearing No.

F.SDM/DC/Recovery/Misc.(2)/ 2023/2096 dated 25.04.2023 issued by Respondent against the Petitioner;

ii.

quash the Impugned Wan-ant of Arrest No.

F/ACG1/DC/Rec./2023/2157 dated 26.06.2023 under Section 69 of the Punjab Revenue Act, 1887, issued by Respondent against the Petitioner; iii. any other further order(s) may also be passed, as this Hon'ble Court may kindly deem fit and proper in the facts of the case and interest of justice."

Since the petitioner has been expired, therefore, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is unable to take instructions. 3.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
