% 26.02.2019 The Appellant is present in Court. He has been identified by the IO. The appellant's entry pass, obtained by him today for gaining entry into the High Court, has been taken on record. He does not have a counsel. Accordingly, Mr. C.K. Bhatt, Advocate, who is present in Court, is appointed as his counsel for the day. Mr. Bhatt states upon instructions, that since the appellant has served the sentence awarded, he does not wish to press the appeal any further. The learned APP for the State submits that indeed the petitioner has served the sentence.
