The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that the stipulation to provide surety bond for release be omitted. The petitioner states that his wife is unable to provide a surety bond. 5.

It is seen that the petitioner has been released in the past with the

stipulation of providing a surety bond and has complied with the same. 6.

In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to modify the stipulation regarding providing of a surety bond. 7.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
