This application is filed in the suit for partition with respect to the property bearing No.C-18, S.M.A.

Cooperative Society, Haiderpur, G.T. Karnal Road, Delhi. There are total of 8 defendants in the suit. The compromise application is signed by the parties to the suit and supported by the affidavits of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Raj Kumar-plaintiff, Sh. Subhash Chander-defendant no.1 and Sh. Ashish Kumar-defendant no.8. Sh.Vijay Kumar Vij S/o Sh. Raj Kumarplaintiff is personally present in the court today. Smt. Reeta Vijdefendant no.2 is also personally present in the court and she is

appearing on behalf of defendant nos.3 to 7 also. 2.

Accordingly, the application is accepted and a decree be drawn in terms of the present application.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.

Parties are left to bear their own costs.
