This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the respondents/defendants do not dispute that there is territorial jurisdiction of the court at Jaipur in Rajasthan and the suit of the present plaintiff will be filed in the competent court of territorial jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan. 2.

Except the issue of territorial jurisdiction being of the court at Jaipur, all other issues are left open to be decided in the suit which will be filed in the court of territorial jurisdiction at Jaipur in Rajasthan. FAO 72/2017 page 1 of 2.

Let the parties appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts on 8th June, 2017 and the District and Sessions Judge will, in accordance with law, direct return of the plaint as per the procedure under Order 7 Rules 10 and 10A CPC.
