An Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC' hereinafter) has been filed on behalf of the legal heirs of the Respondent No. 1/Claimant, for release of the balance compensation amount in favour of the Applicant, Ms. Sugapati Devi, who has already been substituted as the legal heir of the Claimant, Mr. Raushan Kumar.

The amount be released, in accordance with law and on proper identification.
