Petitioner, by the present petition, has sought anticipatory bail. It is contended that some Investigating Officer from Mumbai had visited his house.

He had stated that he was investigating some ATM fraud in Mumbai for which petitioner was required to join investigation.

Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer Mr. Vinay Kumar, submits that as of now there is no requirement of the petitioner to join investigation and no coercive action is contemplated at this stage against the petitioner. He submits that the investigation was being conducted in FIR No.260/2019, Police Station Local Crime Branch, District Thane, Maharashtra.

In view of the above submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
