The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the closure report in the present FIR has already been filed and the same is listed for consideration before the learned Trial Court on 23.02.2024.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to keep the present petition pending. 3.

The present petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition if any grievance remains after any order is passed by the learned Trial Court.
