The supervisory jurisdiction of this Court is invoked under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to learned ACJ/CCJ/ARC, NDD, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Eviction Petition No. RC ARC No. 5588/2016 titled as "Udayjeet Prakash vs. M/s Fire Fighting (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd." for expeditious trial in time bound manner. 4.
Learned counsel submits that the eviction petition under Section 14(1)(e) read with Section 25(B) of DRC Act, 1958 is filed by the petitioner herein in the year 2008 and since then the trial is pending disposal and the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. case is at the stage of recording of the evidence which had started since 13.05.2019.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 78 years and after granting various opportunities for recording of the evidence, the same has not yet been concluded.

None has appeared on behalf of the respondent on advance notice. 7.
After considering the above, the learned ACJ/CCJ/ARC is directed to expeditiously dispose of the Eviction petition. 8.
Consequently, the present petition alongwith all its pending application stands disposed of.
