% 01.07.2019 C.M. No. 28909, 28910/2019 Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The applications stand disposed of.
W.P.(C) 6956/2019 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to assail the order dated 24.05.2019 passed by the Tribunal in M.A. No. 1468/2019. By this application, the petitioner had sought the closing of the right of the respondents to file their counter-affidavits since the same had not been filed despite opportunities. The tribunal has rejected that submission on the ground that the Original Application is of the year 2019 and the respondents
need to bring on record several facts. Further four weeks time was granted to the respondents to file their affidavits and the matter now stands adjourned to 05.07.2019 before the Tribunal.
It is not for this Court to monitor the proceedings in each and every case before the Tribunal. The Tribunal has to fix its own schedule for the hearing of the cases. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. However, we leave it to the petitioner to press the urgency in the matter before the Tribunal and also to urge that the Original Application be heard without the reply/ counter-affidavit of the respondents on the next date.
The petition stands disposed of.
