The present petition has been filed to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking time bound direction to learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi ("NCDRC") to conclude the proceedings before it in time bound manner and for expeditious disposal of the first appeal no. 534 of 2017 titled as "Emaar MGF Land Ltd. & Anr. vs. R. Kesavan" pending before it.

since 2017. Learned counsel has taken this Court through various orders passed by learned NCDRC and stated that on various date, adjournment have been requested on behalf of the respondent herein on one reason or the other due to which the matter could not reach for final hearing, therefore, the directions as prayed be issued.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application as per law before learned NCDRC for expeditious disposal of the case within two weeks for today.

Permission granted to withdraw with liberty as prayed for. Learned NCDRC is requested to consider the same.
