By way of this revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ["CrPC"], the petitioner assails judgment dated 17.02.2020, by the Family Court, Karkardooma Courts, by which an application under Section 125 of CrPC filed by the respondent was allowed, and Rs. 25,000/- was fixed as maintenance.

Mr. Pratyaksh Raj, learned counsel of the petitioner, submits that the disputes raised in this petition have been settled between the parties. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
