The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 2(b)/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks following prayers:- "(a). contempt proceedings for violations / non compliance of direction issued vide order dated 15.03.2023 in W.P.(c) no. 5012/2022 titled as Ravinder Shehrawat Vs South Delhi Municipal Corporation & Ors. may be initiated against the respondents. The respondents may be summoned, tried and punished in accordance with law for commission of the offence of contempt of court as provided under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. (b). the respondent no.l & 2 may be ordered to be sent to imprisonment apart from being subjected to pay the penalty/fine in accordance with The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (c). the respondent no.1 & 2 without prejudice to the above may also be directed to purge away contempt by immediately getting demolished the six storey illegal and unauthorized building as shown in the photographs thus illegally constructed at the subject property i.e. portion of property no.l54/9, Khasra no.593 & 595 measuring 600 sq. yds. situated in Village Kishan Garh, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi110070, besides demolish or get demolish the same, by following the due process of law. (d). cost of the petition may also be awarded to petitioner. (e). any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted to petitioner and against the respondents."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the latter, who is present in person today, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been settled. 4.
