A perusal of order sheets shows that petitioner has not been appearing for the last 3 consecutive dates.

The Court has perused status report filed on behalf MCD. It is stated in the report that deterrent actions like demolition of unauthorised construction are being taken on a daily basis and efforts are being made to stop unauthorised construction by issuing 'Work Stop Notice' to concerned Police Station(s).

Further, tools and plants are removed from the construction site and confiscated. As regards unauthorized construction which could not be stopped, action is being taken under various provisions of DMC Act, 1957. 5.

Further, it is also stated in the status report that concerned authorities have been requested / notified for discconection of water and electricity connection to the said property.
