A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has not been appearing in the present matter after 02nd November, 2022. Vide order dated 11th July, 2024, it has been observed as follows:

"The service reports of the petitioner and its counsel are once again awaited, like they were for 02.04.2024. The details of its registered Trademark-agent are not on record. The counsel for the petitioner had last appeared on 02.11.2022 and never thereafter. Despite the diligent and consistent efforts, the service of the petitioner could not be completed.
