Pursuant to the previous order dated 08th April 2025, Mr. Nitin Gupta and Mr. Goldy Gupta, partners of respondent No.1/firm are present in Court along with Mr. Sanjay Yadav, who is the authorized representative of respondent No.1, and assisted by the counsel. 2.
While it is not denied that the partnership firm was signatory to the mediation settlement, it was contended that there have been some delays in compliance, though there is no intention not to comply with the issues which are related to the project.

Mr. Nitin Gupta and Mr. Goldy Gupta also state that they are currently in the process of finishing phase-II of the project, and as regard phase-I of the project, about 588 persons have been given possession. 4.

revised proposed timeline, qua various compliances which had to be done as per the mediation settlement.

At the request of the Court, the parties have deliberated amongst each other and agreed to a revised set of timelines which will now form the applicable deadline for compliance.

The said tabulation has been handed over to the Court and has been exchanged between the parties.

The same shall be placed on record by tomorrow i.e. 09th May 2025. 8.
The affidavit of Mr. Nitin Gupta and Mr. Goldy Gupta has also been appended along with this tabulation stating that they undertake to abide by the revised timelines. They shall remain bound by this undertaking. 9.
The said timelines have also been agreed by current office bearers of the petitioner/association, namely, Ms. Chitra Singh, President; Dr. L.K. Gupta, Vice-President; and Ms. Rashmi Chauhan, Joint Secretary. 10.
In view of this, the Contempt Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, in case there is any further infraction. 11.
