% 15.03.2016 Learned counsel for Union of India states that Rs.75,000/- has been released to All India Institute of Medical Sciences for treatment of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for State of Bihar states that the balance amount of Rs.52,000/- has also been released to All India Institute of Medical Sciences for the treatment of the petitioner.

This Court places on record its appreciation for the stand taken by the Union of India as well as by the State of Bihar.

Mr. Ashok Agarwal, learned counsel for petitioner states that in pursuance to the last order, petitioner has been examined by All India Institute of Medical Sciences and a tentative date of surgery has been fixed for 04th April, 2016.
