Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 7th February, 2025, counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the respondent no.1 has adopted a new label/ artistic work (orange in colour) in respect of its product under the mark 'SAGAR EXCELLENT'.

The aforesaid label/ artistic work has been handed over in Court today and is taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the impugned artistic work titled 'SAGAR EXCELLENT' registered via entry no. A128339/2019 dated 1st February, 2019 in the name of the respondent no.1 is directed to be removed from the Register of Copyrights. 4.

The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the respondent no.2/ the Registrar of Copyrights through email at registrar.copyrights@gov.in, for compliance.
