The present appeal has been filed on behalf of the Appellant-Subhash under Section 374(2) read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the impugned judgment of conviction dated 16th September, 2023 and order on Sentence dated 13th October, 2023, vide which, the Appellant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/307/326 of the IPC. 3.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 18th September, 2024 the Court directed that the medical report of the Appellant be placed on record. Further, on the said date, the Court directed the concerned Jail Superintendent to ensure that the dialysis of the Appellant is continued in terms of the directions given vide order dated 10th September, 2024.

Report has been received from the Superintendent Central Jail No. 1, Tihar, New Delhi dated 20th September, 2024.
