This is a joint application filed to record the settlement arrived at between the plaintiff and the defendants.

The application has been duly signed by the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and defendants. The application is also supported by the affidavits of the authorised representatives of the parties. 3.

The terms of the settlement are mentioned in Paragraph no.2 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.
