This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.396/2021 dated 19.11.2021 under Sections 420/511/34 IPC registered at PS: Sarita Vihar and proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the learned Trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case.
