% 19.04.2017 It is submitted by Mr.R.K.Gupta, the learned counsel representing respondent No.2/AIIMS that by an order dated 31.01.2017, the Director of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences has been pleased to appoint Dr.Anurag Srivastava, Professor & Head, Department of Surgical Disciplines as Chief of Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre w.e.f. 01.02.2017. A copy of the order has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

In view of the above, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the main prayer in the writ petition stands satisfied and no further orders are required to be passed.

So far as the other questions of law raised in the writ petition are concerned, the same are left open for consideration in a subsequent petition, if any.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
