This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 467/2022 dated 08.05.2022 under Sections 336/509/451/419/420/34 IPC registered at PS: Dabri. 4.

At the outset learned APP for the State points out that albeit there are four complainants in the present FIR and in the settlement Agreement, however, only one has been impleaded as Respondent herein. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh petition with correct particulars and proper parties.
