The present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 142/2023 registered under Sections 420/468/471 at P.S. Najafgarh.

It is the petitioner/applicant's case that the present matter is civil in nature being in relation to property dispute, in respect of which, a civil suit for declaration of the sale deed as null and void is pending consideration. 3.
A perusal of the previous order sheets would show that the accused was granted interim protection on 20.07.2023 with a direction to join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. 4.
Learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C. was issued to the applicant, in response to which he has supplied the requisite documents. He further submits that no custodial interrogation is required as the applicant has joined the investigation and has also provided all the requisite documents.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the applicant has joined the investigation, the interim protection granted to the applicant vide order dated 20.07.2023 is made absolute and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station and also subject to the following further conditions:- (i) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicant shall provide the mobile number, which he undertakes to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial. (ii) The applicant shall inform the concerned Investigating Officer about his current residential address. (iii) In case of change of residential address/contact detail, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer/SHO.
(iv) The applicant shall join the investigation as and when asked for.
(v) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
(vi) The applicant shall regularly appear before the trial Court as and when the charge sheet is filed.
