This petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 439 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order dated 10.05.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (PC Act) CBI-08, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi in I.A. No. 36/2024 filed in CC No. 61/2022 arising out of FIR being RC No.2242022A0001 dated 20.06.2022 registered under Sections 120B/409/420/477A IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at PS: AC-VI, Delhi, wherein Sections 411/424/465/468 IPC were added subsequently as well as for granting interim bail on medical grounds. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition as the same is rendered infructuous with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law.
