challenge to the impugned termination letter(s) dated 21.04.2025 issued by the National Highways Authority of India, pursuant to which, the respective contract(s) of the petitioners for operating certain toll fee plazas have been terminated and are subject matter of the present petitions. In the aforesaid communications, the petitioners have agreed to withdraw the present petitions in connection therewith.
