The present application under Section 483 of the BNSS (erstwhile 439 of the Cr.P.C.) seeks the following prayers:- "a. Direct the release of the accused on bail in FIR No. 738/ 2024 u/s 105 BNS dated 16.10.2024, PS Ranhola;

b. Pass such other order as·this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court after examination of the eye witnesses in the present case.
