% 11.01.2018 CM No. 23629/2015 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have issued a fresh Banker's cheque bearing no.

585434 dated 05.01.2018 for Rs.2,75,189/- issued by State Bank of India, Delhi and handed over the same to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms having received the said banker's cheque from the respondent. Both the learned counsel submit that with the issuance of the fresh banker's cheque nothing survives in the petition. CM and the petition stand disposed of as satisfied. VINOD GOEL, J.
