In terms of order dated 17th October, 2023, the Petitioner had submitted a representation to the Respondent raising the grievances pertaining to discontinuation of the benefit under the Service Exports from India Scheme (SEIS). The said representation had been considered and rejected through three separate communications dated 5th June, 2024, copies whereof have been provided to the counsel for Petitioner and are taken on record.

In light of the above development, counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to assail the said rejections in accordance with law.
