An application has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking extension of time to comply with the directions given vide Order dated 13.05.2024, till the disposal of the SLP which has been filed vide Diary No.25674/2024.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that either he may be given time to furnish the Bank Guarantee instead of depositing the cash or time for deposit of the money be extended till the SLP is listed. 3.

which vide Order dated 13.05.2024 has reduced the amount to be deposited to 25% on the demand raised by the Collector of Stamps and the time had been granted to deposit the amount within four weeks. There is no merit in the application, which is hereby dismissed.
