After some arguments, counsel for the appellant says that he does not wish to press the appeal.

It is, however, the submission of the counsel for the appellant that there may still be a possibility of having the matter settled as the divorce action instituted by the appellant is pending adjudication before the Family Court.

The suggestion made by the learned counsel for the appellant is that parties could be referred to a Mediator attached to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre [in short, "Centre"].
