Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 11.10.2017 entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

This settlement agreement dated 11.10.2017 satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).

Accordingly, this suit is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement dated 11.10.2017 and which shall form a decree between the parties.

Since evidence in the suit has already commenced, in terms of Section 16-A of Court-fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi), court fee filed with the suit cannot be refunded.
