Pursuant to previous order, a compliance affidavit has been filed by respondent nos.2 & 3. In the said affidavit, it is stated that in partial compliance of order dated 7th October 2024, respondent managed to release 20% of the leave encashment to the 19 petitioners on 7th April 2025. The total amount disbursed was approximately Rs. 27.46 Lacs. 2.

Subsequently, the balance 80% of the principal amount, along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, to 19 out of 21 petitioners was released on 16th June 2025. Cumulative amount which has been paid now is Rs.28,55,389/-.

The residual issue relates to amount to be paid to two remaining petitioners, Mr. Ancha Ramesh & Mr. Sunil Singh Rana, which could not be released on 16th June 2025 as their No Objection Certificates ('NOC') were The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Letters were duly issued to petitioners on 2nd May 2025, requesting them to obtain their NOCs. A report was received in relation to these two petitioners. Considering that almost all the petitioners have been paid and there is no wilful disobedience of the order passed on 7th October 2024, and as regards the petitioner nos. 4 & 17, there is an unresolved issue; it is directed that respondent nos. 2 & 3 will continue their correspondence with the petitioner nos.4 & 17 through counsel in order that these issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the concerned petitioners. 6.

There is no purpose in keeping this petition on Board any further. Accordingly, petition is disposed of with the liberty to any of the petitioners to revive it, in case of any discrepancy.
