Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the possession of the subject premises has been handed over to the Respondent. The Respondent, who appears in person today, affirms the same. 4.

Both the parties seek to rely upon the possession letter which has been executed between the parties. The Respondent is permitted to place on record the same so that it remains embedded in the case file. 5.

In view of the aforegoing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that nothing further survives in the present Petition and the same may be disposed of.
