The present petition has been filed, inter alia, challenging the impugned Order-in-Original dated 27th January, 2025 and the impugned Form GST DRC 07 dated 15th February, 2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax, Delhi North. 3.
The allegation in this petition is that no personal hearing was given to the Petitioner prior to passing of the impugned order. 4.
Ms. Monica Benjamin, ld. Senior Standing Counsel has sought instructions and submits that personal hearing notices were not given in this matter and summary of the impugned order dated 15th February, 2025 has been passed.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has not been provided an opportunity of hearing, the impugned orders are set aside only qua the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
