In view of the Status Report filed by the respondent-Corporation and the stand taken therein that any order of de-sealing will have to be passed as per the directions of the Judicial Committee, the Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition.

The petitioner, however, is at liberty to approach the Judicial Committee seeking necessary directions.
