% 26.07.2024 This is a transfer petition under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of CT Case No. 1541/2020 titled ''Krishan Kumar Batra v. Tulsianai Construction'' and CT Case No. 18469/2019 titled ''Krishan Kumar Batra Vs. Tulsianai Construction" pending disposal respectively before learned MM-01 (NI Act), South-East, Saket and learned M.M.-01, N.I.Act, Patiala House Court, Delhi.
Learned counsel submits that the transfer is being sought as other five complaint cases no. 2111/2018, 13247/2017, 7527/2017, 7528/2017,and 9585/2017 are pending before the court of learned MM-07, N.I.Act, South District, Saket Court. Learned counsel submits that for the purpose of expediency, two complaint cases as referred above may be transferred. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 states that he has no objection for the transfer. appearing in the five complaint cases pending before learned MM-07, N.I.Act, South District, Saket Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court. In view of the submissions made, the Complaint Case No. 1541/2020 titled ''Krishan Kumar Batra v. TulsianaiConstruction'' and Complaint Case No. 18469/2019 titled ''Krishan Kumar BatraVs. Tulsianai Construction" are withdrawn from the present court and assigned to the learned MM-07, N.I.Act, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned court on 06.08.2024.
The petition stands disposed of.
