This is a second anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in File No. GEXCOM/AE/INV/GST/8456/2024 for GSTIN-07DMKPS7936E2ZH under Section 132 read with Section 69 of the Central Goods and Services Tax, 2017 (for short, 'CGST Act').

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/CGST on instructions of the Department submits that the investigation in the present case is complete and the Show Cause Notice to the applicant has been issued. On instructions, it is further submitted that there is no further investigation required in the present case.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
