% 27.05.2025 [Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing] 1.

Compliance affidavit has been filed in February 2024 noting that the petitioner has been appointed on 02nd November 2023 in compliance with order dated 08th March 2022 passed by Division Bench of this Court. 2.

Special Leave Petition ('SLP') against the said order has been dismissed on 01st September 2023 by the Supreme Court, granting one month for the compliance to the response.

Aside from the issue of appointment, the direction of the Court in the said order is as under:

Counsel for petitioner states that they have sent a communication on 08th January 2025 to the respondent to consider the consequential benefits. The said communication is not on record, nor is there any response. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that counsel for petitioner shall supply a copy of the same to the counsel for respondent during the course of the day. 6.

Counsel for respondent shall forward this by written communication to the respondent in order that the respondent takes a reasoned decision within the next six weeks in this regard.

The decision shall be communicated to counsel for petitoiner as well as the petitioner, and if they are aggrieved by the same, they are at liberty to take further steps in that regard before the competent court. 8.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of.

A copy of the compliance affidavit be given to the counsel for petitioner by counsel for respondnet.
