O R D E R

% 27.11.2018 The parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 29.10.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. In terms of the settlement agreement, it has been agreed that the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff a sum of Rs.4,28,75,962/-. Post dated cheques have been handed over to the first party. The first cheque has been encashed which was for a sum of Rs.28,75,962/-. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement. In view of the above, a decree is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of the settlement agreement. As the parties have settlement their dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the full court fees.

The suit stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
