no.490/421, 546/491/421, 548/492/421, 426, 432, 436 and 438, Village Jasola, New Delhi and to demolish/ remove all encroachments on public land, utilities and facilities in the area in the proximity of catchment area of river Yamuna specifically Abul Fazal Enclave Extn., G&H Block Part-II, Opposite Shaheen Bagh Showrooms, Radha Krishna Vihar and Kotla Mahigram Extension.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner sent a complaint dated 14th March, 2024 to the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor to inquire about any action having been undertaken by any of the local competent authority i.e. the Respondents herein for protecting the public land from such illegal, unlawful and unauthorized construction. However, the Petitioner has not yet received any response. 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid as well as the larger public issue raised by the Petitioner, this Court directs the present writ petition to be treated as a representation to the Special Task Force (STF), who is directed to decide the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications are disposed of.
