On 26.02.2019, the respondent had issued a notice inviting tender for security staff (234 in number) to be deployed at its premises. 2.
The petitioner participated in the said bid and on 24.06.2019, the petitioner was awarded the contract for providing the security services. It is the petitioner's case that the security staff was required to be deployed with effect from 26.06.2019 and its grievance is that the contract has not been executed as yet.

Mr Gautam Narayan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states on instructions that the petitioner was successful as per Government emarket rates and the contract has been awarded to it. He states that the
security staff has not been deployed as certain codal formalities are yet to be completed. He states that in addition to those formalities, police verification of the security guards to be deployed is also required to be undertaken. He states that the petitioner would be informed of all formalities, if not already done, within a few days and the guards provided by the petitioner would be deployed from 01.08.2019, subject to completion of all necessary formalities.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that meetings have been held between the parties, however, the respondents have not communicated any final confirmation as yet.

In view of the statement made by the Mr Gautam Narayan, she seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if the cause so arise.

The parties are directed to complete all codal formalities within a period of two weeks from today.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid direction and the liberty as sought.

The pending application stands dismissed.
