CM APPL. 32476/2024- Direct the Ld. Tribunal to consider all the grounds urged in the present W.P.C along with the judgments relied upon while considering the matter afresh on merits. 1.
This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal to also deal with the grounds raised in the present petition while deciding afresh the OA No. 663/2014 which has been remanded back for adjudication to the learned Tribunal by this Court. 2.
After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioners does not press the application and submits that if the need be, the petitioners will move an appropriate application before the learned Tribunal. 3.
